  • All woodwork, doors, baseboards washed
  • Window, screens, and tracks washed
  • All furniture vacuumed
  • All fabric & window treatments vacuumed
  • Ceiling and walls washed (separate estimate)
  • All glassware tables, vases, curio cabinets & china washed
  • Full bathroom top to bottom, and living rooms
  • All furniture moved to vacuum carpet
  • All wood furniture dusted and treated with manufacturer-recommended wood treatment
  • Outside patios/decks
  • Full kitchen top to bottom, bedrooms, dining rooms
  • Outside rain gutters cleaned

You may request your own custom list of spring cleaning items.

Ken’s Janitorial Service can give you a price quote. Ken’s Janitorial Service would like you to negotiate the terms and price of the business relationship. Cost is based on an hourly rate and/or by the job. Call us for your FREE ESTIMATE.

Ken’s Janitorial Service may bid your work on a flat fee for job or by the hour. As an example: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 2 people 8 hours each totals 16 hours at $16.50 per hour, which would cost $264.00.

Note: It can usually take 1 to 3 days to complete a deep, thorough spring cleaning; it’s well worth the cost.
